Great image! I guess it is Toronto?
I'm located in Sweden so I'm not so familiar with Canada.
But I am really familiar with this kind of weather as I am living near the ocean on the west side of Sweden! And i love the fog!
Anyway, wonderful!

I like how the deep, contrasty colors of the lower fifth anchor the image, which then ascends into fading monochromism. I especially like the second tower in the background. Though nearly invisible it adds the needed sense of a third dimension, depth, and creates an ethereal echo of the foreground tower which reverberates within and amplifies the mood of this image.
