Awesome!
Weird to see everything moving quite fast yet the police officer stands perfectly still in the same spot (with the exception of him talking to people and going on his break).
well done.
Posted by Josh at August 29, 2008 11:02 AMThis is just so fascinating to watch. Thank you.
Posted by Brian Lang at August 29, 2008 11:54 AMTotally awesome. And I am 1000% jealous.
Love that area and that this is going on there now.
I wish I was in Toronto. Need to make a trip for sure.
Thanks for doing this Sam. I love timelapse (like the film Baraka, etc)if you watch carefully, you can see many people going across one street, then waiting for the next, and not taking the opportunity to walk on the diagonal! I guess old habits and routines are hard to break, not to mention they're still unfamiliar with this intersection.
Posted by JasOn at August 29, 2008 01:13 PMfantastic views!
Posted by crash at August 29, 2008 01:45 PMI love pictures that are slighlty blurred because of movement~the video is nice, too. did you just leave it there all day? XD
Posted by Shauna at August 29, 2008 02:33 PMSatisfyingly rhythmic! Thanks for sharing :)
Posted by Emily B at August 29, 2008 04:08 PMvery nice, Listen Sam ,there is a starbucks at the corner of Yonge & College . It has a widow overlooking the intersection. Sitting there and watching outside is like looking at a big TV screen. I think u can do the same thing there with ur camera .
Posted by fereydoon at August 30, 2008 10:16 AMgorgeous video, looks like little ants.

I really like that man with a vest in the lower right corner.. :D
Amazing urban picture.
the world is really crazy and the video show us
that we are still running...
very well done
Living in London and walking a lot, this sequence was interesting as after a few seconds of watching I realised that I should remember that junction. The top right predestrian crossing is far more busy than the other 3. so to get from bottom right, I'd go via bottom left and top left as I could get to my destination quicker.
