My my that is a lot of snow. It's been years since I've seen it in person :( Thanks for all the wonderful images.
Posted by George at February 14, 2008 02:27 AMThe sunlight is great on that white snow!
Posted by vg at February 14, 2008 03:40 AMThe tree is looking really cool...literally. Wondering what will happen to the things that are buried under all this snow
Posted by Navin Harish at February 14, 2008 04:16 AMNice shot! Great lighting and interesting perspective.
Posted by Jay at February 14, 2008 09:07 AMThat snow is impressive. Clearly global warming has not hit Toronto the way it has New York.
Posted by Danny at February 14, 2008 09:55 AMThe sky looks a little desaturated here, maybe because of post processing, but my guess is because of the f11 fstop. Really cool composition. The tree makes the shot. I love seeing snow photos. In Dallas, TX we just don't get much of that! I used to live in Indiana and miss the snow in the winters.
Posted by Chad at February 14, 2008 10:36 AMAn incredible amount of snow. I can't believe it's still piled on top of the street lamps.
Posted by sherri at February 14, 2008 11:31 PMI have to come over your part of the World one day to see this. I live in Australia where right now it's 10 o'clock in the morning and 34 degrees Celsius (around 93F) so can't quite fathom that snow like this exists. Wow. Ain't weather grand...
