Hi. I really love the simplicity in your images. The sky, the clarity. Its al so vibrant.

That's nice wide nature shot.
Happy your new 5D :)

Really nice shot. A refreshing change of scenery.

Your post processing always makes your shots amazingly clear..I guess that's a natural strength of a creative director at a VFX studio. One day you'll have to tell us how you do it.

Would you be able to explain what process you go through to embed the gps data in the exif?

Posted by Glenn at July 3, 2007 06:40 AM

Posted by navin at July 3, 2007 07:15 AM

Posted by terry at July 3, 2007 08:21 AM

I love the post-processing on this image. I've tried several attempts to achieve this look with no success. BTW, the GPS data piece is down right awesome.

Sky and ground colors are great here! The GPS thing is fun. Do you have a special device for your camera to do this?

Posted by Erik at July 3, 2007 11:17 AM

Congrats with your new camera...

Thanks for the update on the GPS device and process you use to embed the data--you're the best.

Well balanced. The white mailbox and the clouds are well positioned. The darkening of the outer edges helps focus the eyes and lends a natural feel when viewing it.

Niagara on the lake is one of my favorite places to visit. Its great to stop off at one of the vinards take a tour and try out some great wines. The ice wine is my favorite.

I got a question for you ? What's happening to the EXIF information when you save your image to a PSD file after it has been modify in photoshop and then save it later to a JPEG file ?

Congratulations for your excellent work and thank you for your help !!!
