This is the first image you've posted made with the 10-22 lens, I think, that shows such convergent vertical lines in the walls of buildings. Other views have had much less or no apparent barrel of wide angles. Curious!

I hope that you managed to have some fun in NY despite the rain. I live in a NYC suburb and yes the weather has been horrid and is supposed to remain so for a bit longer...Yuck!
