You took the Rebel with you or a more compact camera?

As your photos usually do not have people in them, I find these very worthy because of what they tell us about this wonderful city!! Nice change Sam. Hope you enjoyed the movie.

It's good to see him down there, I'm not sure of his politics but he can't be anything as embarrassing as the last mayor!

Nothing new in this. It happens in Iran everyday :-P

The mayor of Toronto stops by to see movies in Iran?

Thanks for sharing this magnificent experience with others, WVS. It would be just sad if this conduct becomes a thing of the past, in this crazy-driven world. Saw a lot of high rank Swedish politicians doing the same, so many similarities between Canada and Sweden in some aspects, which I adore. Saw Iranian prime minister doing the same before fanatics take over. What an appropriate posting for such a day, 9/11. It will take a while till we all realize loosing democracy is as paralyzing as loosing legs. Let’s not be “crossthreads”- in any direction. Please.

David Miller said hello to me, a sleepy plebe with damp hair on the platform at Eglinton Station during morning rush hour a few months ago.
