Posted by Rita Lee at August 1, 2004 12:30 PMthis is summer to me: sunshine, people, a cool beverage, a good book, and time to be captivated.
Posted by lynn at August 1, 2004 12:52 PMGood focal choice. Good color, too. The hand almost looks backlit due to its warm tone, and the red of the car in the background sucks you right to the center of the frame.
Posted by TPB, Esq. at August 1, 2004 05:12 PMVery sneaky. Now I just need that magnifier thingee.
Posted by Boreo at August 1, 2004 05:53 PMLovely and different. :)

Posted by notmatter at August 2, 2004 01:04 AMThis is a genre of photos you should explore more you are surprisingly good at it considering most of your posts dont display photos of this sort
keep your eyes to yourself, sam...come on now...there are laws against this sort of behaviour....
Posted by chemical imbalance at August 3, 2004 09:26 AMone of my favorites, having browsed your entire archive of photos.
Posted by Elias at August 15, 2004 08:38 AMok.. here's a good example of when to use that flash thing. NICE pic though.
Posted by saul333 at August 26, 2004 02:18 AMgood photo. i agree with the others comments. eveerthing just balances very well. the over the shoulder effect is really good. This is one of my favorites too.
Posted by scott at October 17, 2004 10:52 PMLove this shot and many more I've seen on your site. However, I notice that many people pose questions in their comments, but you don't answer them - that's a shame. The two way dialogue between viewers and photographer is one of the appealing aspects of this large incestuous Photoblog community we have here.
Your forum note is OK, but I think we want to see the feedback here, attached to the photo in question.
Looking forward to your comments ;)
