Since the title says you are on a balcony, Can I assume that your feet were just sticking out from under the fence? But what's all that nonsense about jumping and dare? The guy is standing on a solid concrete floor, and leaning against a fence, an example of which you can see on the balcony below him. He just didn't include it in the picture. He's safer than some people are in traffic.

Then they see me hanging on her tit and everyone triples. Not a word though.
