Comments: old beetle

Nice one, used to have one of these beatles back home. You definitely can't compare this one with new beatles

Great shot, great coincident. Reminds me of a phrase begining with "once upon a time...".

So you're down a dark alley with a tripod and expensive camera for a while... Must be a pretty safe neighbourhood!

I quite fancy taking long exposures at night, and I'm quite jealous of your results here. Great work.

Good one, your right aboutthe red, it does really make it pop!

Posted by Ryan at June 6, 2004 08:37 AM

midnight in a dark alley? what kind of crazy flash do you have? you can see the colours (like the green) as if it's day.

It's the red spots on the hood that make this for me. The parallel lines of bright red drew my eyes in quickly from the right to the paint left by the other car involved in the smash-up. Great context -- fast-cars, an accident, this VW left behind.

Big Razzle Dazzle

Absolutely beautiful, the light trails look unreal.

nice shot.did you take it in Iran?

Posted by Amirali at June 6, 2004 02:37 PM

that looks like Iran to me :)

Did you buzz that home on the background and run away ? ... u know ... just for laughs ... no?

anyway, great shot.

Whoa! this is one of my favorites... Amazing shot -- accident or no -- it's just perfect...

Posted by bob at June 6, 2004 06:29 PM

If the car passed in a way that there were only the red traces on the ground it would look sureal.

That is awesome. Good light exposure.

This shot is sweet man.
The red streaks remind me of the red lasers that are in like museums and stuff to catch criminals. You know what I mean? sure you do.
All in all sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet shot man.
