Comments: blue clouds and blue plane

If you didn't use much photoshop for this one you realy have an exquisite eye. I flew several the friendly skies between these two airports, but never spoted such a awesome blue cotton sky.

What amazes me is how almost vertical your position is to other plane. (I wouldn’t be surprised if WVS was having a pleasant walk outside;-) Great result considering triple glazed airplane window.

i love the way the plane blends in with the sky. And the clouds! I'm a big fan of cloud shots!

It's too blue to be true.

The KLM (dutch aircompany) might want to use this one. Impressive stuff.

WOW!

Nice picture. There's a little noise from the high ISO, but it adds a somewhat surreal quality to the photo that a crystal clear shot would not.

The clouds look so fake. :) Like balled up cotton. Most impressive.

Are you one of those damn tourists that come to Amsterdam this week to see George Clooney? ;)

Was it alreaddy near the Amsterdam? If you have larger resolution image, could you compare to Estonian Air fleet colours at http://www.estonian-air.ee/index.php?id=889.

For those of you wondering about which airline the plane in the shot belongs to, I suspect it's BMI (formerly British Midland) - a UK-based airline who fly regularly to Amsterdam and most of Europe.

It looks like an Airbus painted in their new livery - see http://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-gb/aboutbmi/thefleet.aspx for a comparison.

cheers,
Elliott
(who's actually flying from the UK to Amsterdam tomorrow morning... must.. remember.. to... take... camera!)
