this photo captures the rush, the power, the youthful exhiliration of those first spring rides ... bikers out there, please take great care.

Excellent shot. Like the Red-Blue contrast!

Agreed, great shot. Is the blur just motion blur, or did you zoom in during the exposure or something? I'm going to guess just motion based on the 1/8s exposure, but figured I'd ask anyway.

It's warm enough to get the bike out at least once a week here in NC, USA. Last week was a good spring week for us too, and I was able to take the motorcycle to work three days.
RIDE!!

nice capture! For your sake, I certainly hope the weather will greet the bikers with a gentler touch... There was a nasty accident a couple of days ago not far from where I live involving a motorcycle... :(

loved this shot. there are many like this, (common in the world of advertising - buy this vehicle and whatnot) but when i looked at this one my eyes literally physically rocked back and forth following the implied lines of motion. now that's what i call quite good. you have just done for me what chagall did the first time i experienced it. i love this shot. it's quite special. your work is excellent and now i know what the original artistic impulse of this kind of shot IS.
