My parent's house in iran has been here for 25 years...a house in 'faze 6' and a condo in the 'borjhaye tehran'...the minute i looked at it, i thought i was so familiar...

Maybe it's just me, but this picture doesn't evoke anything so much as wonderment as to who thought poured-concrete architecture was a good idea. My understanding is that the skyline behind the buildings could be described as 'stark,' but in a good way. And the buildings should be described as 'stark,' except in the other way. Still, the artistic composition here is excellent, as usual. Good diagonal seperating the static landscape from the active and uplifting action of the athletic court.

Kudos, again.

When my partner and me manage to build our first project, I'd like you to photograph it. Really got an eye!

Mesmerizing composition. Now, this one took me a good ten minutes to get out of it.

I like this perspective. Reminds me of the scenes of Berlin at the beginning of "Wings of desire", the great Wim Wenders movie.

Anything without color is dead! ... I think that is why we've been "equipped" to see things in color.

Haven't you ever wondered why Spring is so colorful? Isn't that a "sign" !?!

stfu hesam

sometimes, a picture in black and white can emphasize different aspects of the photograph. Color can sometimes be a distraction. Come back when you know what you are talking about.

I'm not so impressed by the body of the picture as i am with the towers vs. the mountains....

This is a pretty stark (as stated earlier) shot that reminds me of Moscow in the fall....

The buildings look like massive concrete monsters slowly creeping forward, engulfing everything in their way. The soccer players have no idea what evil lurks behind them!

I think this is a great picture... I just keep looking at it.. so many different things.. the mountains with the buildings.. I don't know.. My words aren't forming with much grace but this photo is so much wonderful mixed in one.

Cool photo. You've got the natural mountains in the background and man-made mountains in the foreground. Also, I like the fact that the buildings, the sidewalk, the plantings and the median all have repeated patterns while the people on the court are all over the place, scrambled up.
