The second one!

In my opinion, the second one is nicer. In the first, the cars to the left are the primary subject, and not terribly interesting, though the buildings in the background make it a bit more intriguing. The composition isn't terribly compelling, either.

In the second, the cars in the center are the stars, and appear to be cascading down the hill, which works great with the color grade.

Anyway, great stuff as per usual. :-)

Second one. Definitely! First one is flatter, while second one has more perspective.

Crop #2. Something about the horizontal wires and the feeling that I am about to jump onto one of those big slides from my childhood that you had to wear a burlap sack to go down.

Impressive demo of the drama that can be found by cropping a dullish scene: #2 is a much more interesting composition, as now you have an almost vertical-looking hill with brighter lights and contributions from curvy wires and cranes that went unnoticed in crop #1. You didn't lose anything with the almost-invisible-anyway background towers and the boring red building and foreground cars.

For me the second.
Although I particularly like the foreground with the two vehicles of the first photo, the other one looks more dynamic like sitting on a rollercoaster :)

I vote for second. Nice comp and colour.

The first. It's more complete.

The first one. The perspective draws my eye right into the scene. The second seems flat to me.
