Comments: Corner Building

Hi Sam,
I noticed that you (like me) like to correct for wide angle perspective aberrations and probably use a grid to align the vertical lines of buildings.
On one side the work is absolutely accurate, on the other, however, the end result looks not natural and the building seems like 'blooming at the top': some sort of optical illusion by which, though lines are straight, the top seems unnaturally larger that its base. I wonder whether the result would be more acceptable to the eye if some convergence was left to accommodate for the relative difference in distance between top and bottom.

I love your photos taken with this super-ultra-hyper-mega wide lens :) It gives the image such a strange but amazing perspective...
