WOW! Sam, you have outdone yourself once again. Gorgeous!
Posted by Sue Dunham at May 18, 2012 08:56 AMAnother enjoyable shot as usual! I noticed that this and one or two of the black and whites of recent have an interesting quality with the sky... It's almost as if the sky looks like it's of a longer exposure shot, yet there are no signs of that in the moving objects in the shot. It's almsots like there's something tilt-shifty about it.
Posted by DL at May 18, 2012 09:17 AMYou like umbrellas, don't you??? :-)
Seriously, I like the juxtaposition of clouds and sand, the texture, the colours and the pink counterpoints......
I learn more each day when I look at your pictures. Thank you, Sam.
i love your images, wow
Posted by canvas prints at May 18, 2012 02:15 PMBeautiful image. Would also love to see this shot on a day when the sky is bright blue with no clouds and the sun it at it's highest point

Posted by reza at May 18, 2012 03:52 PMSpot on exposure and the bottoms of the umbrellas in line with the shore across the water just complete the framing
