I've been so busy lately that I haven't been visiting topleftpixel as often as I should. Today I did, and what do I spy? A picture of an apartment building I lived in as a child in 1967! (My family moved away from Toronto in 1970 and I have only visited about once per decade since.) I lived on the 17th floor of the tall building with a kink in it at center left. Most of the buildings didn't exist back then. Thanks, Sam.

There is just something really beautiful about the way the ground echoes the sky. It's like the little matches of water and snow are clouds. I love the layering of the strips of different textures and and colors in this photo. It really emphasizes how the dissimilar things can be the most similar.
