This is such a "striking" picture in the b&w, Sam.
.and the Jeep(?) heading away, almost looks like an old fashioned car .......

btw I'm sorry to be so late, but
Happy New Year!

I like how the diagonal rails are dragging the viewer into that picture. The sky adds fantastically to that.

Breathtaking beauty in black and white. :)

I really like this look... especially on such a cold day! Black and white suits it perfectly and the contrasty style reminds me of old time etchings.

The quality of the closest car makes the scene look like something in 1930'a in a quick glance. Curious.

Sam - how did you make this photo look so dramatic? It's almost like it was CGI'ed out of a Frank Miller graphic novel? Nice one. Is there a specific post-production technique you employed?

Fantastic! I love the light on the buildings in the top portion of this shot. Awesome!

I REALLY like this. I call it "The Calm before the Storm".

Sunny, only the bicycle in the foreground, no cars or people. Rather calming.

Yet waiting at the intersection - the cars! dun dun dun. Looming sky overhead. The storm.
