imho: that's the "mystery" of photography :
you see more "world" through a viewfinder
(with or without a macro lens)
And after some practice even without a camera.
But only if it's not too tiny ;-))

The large (here) yellow spider is a misumena vatia, but I don't know what the small one on its leg is. I was lucky on several occasions to photograph a misumena vatia, one yellow and one pink.
Your muse has led you well once more. Great shot!

I believe its the Male Misumena Vatia. The males can be less than 25% of the size of the female. If you get a disproportionately large female and a disproportionately small male... Males can be less than 3mm in size... and females can be larger than 9mm.

Dunno, but I'm betting.
