That's such a sad image! It's hard to see. But it points to a much deeper issue. I love how you captured the the parents in the background pushing their carriages, the picture becomes an omen to a potentially bleak future.

I see a punk rock kid that was probably drunk and found whatever he could to use as a pillow.Passing out on the street is quite bleak itself.
