I like the light on the wires, I think it makes the shot work. The fact that everything except the sky is black or white is cool too. This is one time where breaking the rules works well.

Nice effect, the totally dark lower part (but with lighted accents), the silhouettes in the middle, the light sky at the top.

It looks wrong to me. Its the white bits on the silhouetted areas that looks unnatural, more like a graphic design work than a photograph. Whats the raw look like I wonder?
