I KNOW you don't STAGE your shots (you're the most candid photographer I follow), but the 2 guys couldn't be more color-coordinated if you had COSTUMED them! Great shot. Love the depth of field.

The bare legged person looks more female to me, especially with the socks and summer shoes. Funmy how the well bundled biker has a runny nose. All told it's not a bad shot in my view, if not one of your most interesting ones. Cols mornings can be hard hunting.

Funny. I'm an American (from Illinois ~ same climate as Toronto) in England right now, and when I wear shorts in the nice and warm 5° weather people keep thinking I'm crazy and it's too cold out.
