Posted by Linn Neumann at November 24, 2010 03:20 AMAll three look like they are ready to jump in with Aunt Marjan. Nice photo.
Posted by Andy at November 24, 2010 04:10 AMIt's so lovely to see your daughter growing up. The last time we saw her she was just a baby. Time flies!
And a beautiful photo to boot!
Wonderfully composed shot and just beautiful to look at when the world feels too busy.

Posted by kevin at November 24, 2010 08:54 AMThat's a really nice shot. Really captures the scene. DOF is just right as well.
Posted by martin at November 24, 2010 08:56 AMI think the dog on the right (Karamel?) is keeping a bit of an eye on Lilia to make sure she doesn't go too close. Lovely photo - I miss summer and swimming in the mornings.
Posted by Sally at November 24, 2010 08:57 AMLove this shot. The composition is wonderful
Posted by kerry hawkins at November 24, 2010 09:09 AMAh! Warmer days. A pleasant idea on a 6 below morning here in the country.
Posted by Hugh Petrie at November 24, 2010 09:38 AMUau, one more amazing picture! This one appeals to me even more because I absolutely love dogs. And what to say about the friendship between kids and dogs? There's nothing more honest.
Congratulations on your great work and thank you for sharing!
Those are such cute dog names and so appropriate. I miss summers already

Posted by Nathalie at November 24, 2010 01:53 PMThis photo is as good as all of your photos on Topleftpixel.
And I am curious about one thing?
Where are you from? Names of a persons and a dogs on a photo are so much European. Am I wrong? ;)
Very nice. I didn't notice the head in-between the ladder as first, but I really like it. I also like the really low point of view. Amazing picture.
Posted by djib at November 24, 2010 04:20 PMMiss her even more now! will drop by this weekend for sure!:)
Posted by afra at November 24, 2010 05:20 PMSo so cute!
Posted by Victoria at November 24, 2010 07:46 PMYour daughter is adorable! Amazing how fast she's grown from the last time you posted a picture of her as a newborn.
Lovely shot.
Oh my! I don't always check the daily photo; however, I did today and I thought to myself that this has to be Six Mile Lake. Then I checked yesterday's photo and confirmed it. I spent my childhood summers there from when my folks bought the land in 1955 on Long Lake, a part of Six Mile. The cottage was sold and I have missed the place so much, that I have recently been checking to see what's for sale. I understand it was a favourite place for the 'Group of Seven'.
The Artist 'D.B. Milne' spent several lonesome years painting at Six Mile Lake in the '30s,and ruins of his old shack survive on Lost Channel.
Very nice, very beautiful
