Lovely picture!
Posted by Katie at July 30, 2010 04:04 AMAh! Good ol' Cabbagetown. I used to live almost around the corner for a while 42 years ago. Only place I ever was bitten by a bedbug. The local Japanese/Canadian doctor charged $4 to tell me he though the bites were shingles. I never went back to tell him what it really was when I found out the day later. Why pay him more to teach him and use my time, eh?
Big changes there now. Nice sign. Good shot, Sam.
.. : ).. I like it !..
Posted by Roshanak at July 30, 2010 09:51 AMWow! Great shot! So many interesting visuals going on.
Posted by Natalie at July 30, 2010 11:22 AMAmong all the signage and overhanging wires, one billboard stands out.
Posted by Kevin at July 30, 2010 11:26 AMWhat Natalie said - crazy lines drawing your eye in all different directions.
Posted by Tom at July 30, 2010 02:28 PMI think the intent is doing its job.
Posted by Don at July 30, 2010 03:19 PMSo many elements going on here, but they just gel together perfectly...
Posted by mark / one way photo at July 30, 2010 04:44 PMThe signs got progressively more hilarious as my eyes moved down the page, especially when viewed in relation to each other. Great photo.
Posted by Tessa at July 31, 2010 01:00 AMThe urban diversity is well captured here.
