It's that dang surreal colour again. Sky's too blue, and there's no warmth in what is a morning or evening shot. Not to mention banal subject matter.
Posted by Roberto at March 15, 2010 03:02 AMHmm. Optical or physical distortion? :-p
Posted by Jan at March 15, 2010 05:31 AMGreat exposure. Love the wide-angle setting.
Posted by buntagphoto at March 15, 2010 07:02 AMHello,
Great picture.
I love the effect you gave to your pictures with the dark sky, and I'd like to know how you did that.
Posted by Thibaud at March 15, 2010 01:42 PMI love your photos Sam but I think this one is too wide with no discernible benefit to the picture.
I love the ultra wides @ 12 but not particularly this one. I'm sure the woman wouldn't be too impressed at being made to look wider than she is - haha.
Keep up the posts - I check them every day!
Even though it's kind of bare, there are alot of things to see! I like it!
Posted by cheryl cassidy at March 15, 2010 09:04 PMGreat motion shot; I like the different textures in the concrete
Posted by Mark Johnson at March 16, 2010 12:58 AMI really like the patterns in the wood planks.
Posted by PowerPoint Templates at March 16, 2010 08:43 AMI don't like the wide shot here, particularly given the distortion of the woman's body.
To me the shot looks like what happens when an amateur pulls the corner of a digital image to resize it, without consideration for its proportions. Sorry to be so blunt!
