Comments: a bike for all seasons

Great! It looks like a conversation between the winter and the early spring :)) I like it a lot

Your obsessive-compulsive fixation of taking photographs of bicycles hooked up to metal poles is repetitive, redundant, predictable, and boring.
Taking a Paxil 10 mgm. tablet daily may be helpful in treating this condition.
Please see your famiy doctor soon to obtain a prescription.

They don't put salt on the streets in winter in Toronto, do they? My bike looks awful after the unusual strong winter in Heidelberg, Germany.
Really love your pictures!

An STP sticker... a classic!

Great images and wonderful contrast. It looks like he added a reflector for winter! I work with a guy that is like this; even in Denver's winter he rides his bike to work every day -- sometimes he has to defrost before work!

Perfect combo. Some bikers likely cringe at the sight of a bike left in the snow, but for many of us who use or used a bike as basic transportation and have/had no place to store them out of the weather dealing with these conditions is the norm and necessary. Sure is hard on them even if the plows don't whack them, and I expect some drivers do it on purpose ticked that they get in the way. Life is tough for many. As a user I expect you know all about that.
I note the high seat. The dude must be tall like me.
Great shots well done.

I seem to have a lot of friends who are hard-core about their bike riding in winter... don't know how they do it! Makes for an amusing photograph though, and fun to see the two pics together. :)

Yeah, riding a bike in snow is just like riding on sand. It's not very slippy unless you find some ice below. Well.

On a side note, the rear brake looks awkward. I'm wondering if it works sufficiently :-)

Great shots, crazy contrast. I started riding in the winter when I got this bike. 20 years ago. TWENTY.
