THE ONLY THING INTERESTING IN THIS SHOT IS THE WHITE DOTTED LINE & THE POLE IN THE MIDDLE WITH IT'S ARMS RAISED UP . YOU SHOULD HAVE USED A
POLARIZING FILTER TO BLOCK SOME OF THE GLAIR FROM THE SUN . GO OUT IN THE COUNTRY .

I think the glare (or glair as it may be) is what really makes this shot. The contrast of the bright sky with the almost dark buildings gives the shot a really nice tone.
