I note that both front and rear wheels are locked to the fence. A move that costs a bundle for locks and adds weight to carry but ensures most likely finding all whells intact. Now he should do something about the seat. Lost my seat twice - once in a very strange 'replacement' game by an idiot neighbor. Thieves are a pain. When I complained in the presence of one he said, "Stolen works as good as bought", which says a lot for righteousness.
Good shot!

Excellent shot, I got dozens of pictures like this bike. In Paris, Roma, Montreal, Seattle, etc... but I never exposed them for now.

Wow, that's a beautiful bike. He or she added the front/rear fenders and commuter rack on the rear wheel. It looks like a hybrid street bike, yet it has the dropped handle bars. It's said that you've gotta lock up both wheels to make sure no one steals one.
