Comments: wheels on red

Love it Sam, nice red on the back, and contrasts nicely with the still bikes.

I like this image...real intrigue. I wonder why five bike rims of different varieties are locked up together? strange.

It would be interesting to know exactly what is going on with the wheel collection. Some thief's collection? I note the trash collection under them resulting from their interference with street cleaning. I suppose, from your remark, that the background without the streetcar was too bland.
You're certainly getting a broad collection of what Toronto is in your archive. Good one.

I've done the same thing, they clean up backgrounds real nice, and add that Canadiana to an otherwise anonymous shot.

This picture is sooo great! I've just recently started checking out daily dose, well, daily! And I'm loving it. Thanks, Sam!

Worth the wait for the bus. Good shot.

To paraphrase from Lex Murphy (Ariana Richards) Jurassic Park:

"Where's the [bike]?"

This is awesome. Wow.

Very mysterious!!!!!!! There could be an intersting story here. That is not trash under the wheels, but dried leaves that add texture to the shot.

Great find. The composition with the streetcar really focuses attention on the bicycle wheels.

I'm playing catch up since I've been so busy and haven't been here in so long. It is always such a treat to see what's new here.
