Comments: flying shadows

Good bumping into yesterday Sam,

I mentioned Torontohenge to you:

http://www.Torontopedia.ca/Torontohenge

Approaching Sunset this evening, the Sun sets in alignment with Toronto's east-west street grid axis.

Like Manhattanhenge some weeks back, hopefully the skies remain clear here in T.O.

I'm aiming to photograph Torontohenge from the Scramble Intersection at Yonge and Bloor around 6 p.m..

Would love to see your ddoi lens magic on this one.

Sunset is at 6:19 p.m. today.

Shades of Hitchcock's The Birds---shadows and the birds positioned on the wall ready to pounce as they are doing in Toronto recently!!!!!!

Is it me or is that a shadow of a flying crab?

made me think of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds"

Impressive. Such a great image. Did you have to wait long for the shadows?

One of the shadows looks more like a crab than a bird!
