That's one thing you doesn't see so often any more. I actually think that there is not one in our small town in Sweden :-)

What strikes me about this shot is how bleak and empty it feels and that heightened by the B&W treatment. I'm also impressed with the quality of the wide angle image.

Posted by Remi at October 23, 2009 01:17 PMBonsoir,
A nice composition..Beautiful lightness and B&W tones..bravo!
I am overwhelmed by the deepness, contrasts and shadows, and the change of the everyday urban atmosphere into something completely different just by light. Yes, I like your image very much.
Posted by Smotret at October 23, 2009 02:53 PMYet another great wide-angle shot. Great black and white.
Posted by iheartfilm at October 23, 2009 05:39 PMCool. The ominous sky and the black-and-white treatment make the phone boxes look like disguised aliens, maybe in a 1950s movie. Beautiful textures.
Posted by molly at October 24, 2009 10:56 AMHey, that's The Real Jerk on the left hand side. One of my favorite Jamaican restaurants near where I live!
