Nice photo of George.
Sorry to hear about your boot drive!
Keep up the great work, I check here every day.

Posted by Jason at September 13, 2009 04:21 AMI'm sorry your boot drive died, I'm glad you posted the picture (horribly selfish, I know) and I must tell you again (as I have expressed my sentiments in the past) I start my day with your pictures. You have such incredible talent I feel very fortunate to be able to view them in my inbox every day. It is like having a few seconds in an art gallery every day. BTW, I hope fatherhood is being good to you.
Posted by James at September 13, 2009 08:38 AMDude, I miss your old photos. You know, sans Hollywood stars.
Posted by Michael Sanders at September 13, 2009 09:46 AMYou still pull this off during a really busy week & a h/d failure? Man, you're good! Might I suggest making a Ghost image of your newly built drive for *next* time. I know BG (before Ghosting) of the pain of rebuilding. I still admire the clarity in all your photo work.
Posted by Brad at September 13, 2009 10:23 AMLove your work, awesome profile. Give RAID 1 a try and you wont have that hard disk problem again :)
Posted by dzaphoto at September 13, 2009 02:06 PMthis is your best time of year. I'm always amazed at the images you get of TIFF. Seriously. I want to know a few things about this lol.
Seriously well done. I wonder how many ladies are wanting to buy a print!
Posted by scott Webb at September 13, 2009 02:14 PMGreat shot Sam. I'm actually pretty excited to see this flick. How was it?
Posted by Jon at September 14, 2009 12:01 AMSo time to invest in a workstation-level computer with hardware mirroring (RAID1) for the boot-drive and RAID 5 for the photos?
Posted by Trav at September 14, 2009 01:02 AMGreat image.
Posted by Felix at September 19, 2009 12:01 PMHe's starting to look more and more like Cary Grant. Lucky him.
