Great capture. I just love little situational humour.

And thats why I carry a camera with me all the time too. My guess this is a summer only car. Cannot imagine this one ventures out in January.

wow is that really a car or a go-kart? awesome nonetheless.

This reminds me of the Simpsons Episode.
And something you'd only see on the street of Toronto.

You sure that's not a peddle car? Sure is small. At least it wont be hard to push off road if it runs out of fuel (he, he) or breaks down.
Now picture yourself in one with a Mac truck 4 feet behind you at 120 Kph. I'd rather not, actually.

I saw that same car on Yonge last night, same guy driving it.

Posted by Jamie at July 4, 2009 10:34 AM

nice! where do I get one of those cars?

Posted by marc at July 4, 2009 01:46 PM

It's so small that it looks like a photoshop montage. Any idea what constructor it is?

Posted by Matthieu at July 4, 2009 03:48 PM

Wow this made me laugh ;-) Really cool car.

Posted by Frida at July 4, 2009 04:53 PM

It's an oversized go kart! Nice catch.

I guess the recession is really hitting those Bay Street types hard...having to downsize...LOL

Posted by Hogtowner at July 5, 2009 10:42 PM

Holy crap! I just saw this guy today, on Dundas and University, while I was walking to get some money from the bank.

Anyone know what kind of car it is?

Posted by Anonymous at July 5, 2009 10:47 PM

...and I thought the "Smart" car was small!!! Very amusing. You find some of the most unusual and interesting things.

I want one :)

Like the first person said, IS that legal? Did he have a licence plate? Does it need a licence plate?

Posted by Andrew at July 10, 2009 04:17 AM

I am pretty sure that is a chopped up Mini Cooper, the original one circa 1960/70

Posted by eladdy at July 10, 2009 03:44 PM

Washing machine effect ? ;)

Posted by desfocado at July 17, 2009 07:27 PM

for sure its a old mini cooper, you can tell by the wheels and the front fender. These were actually the smallest parts of the car, but by hacking up the car in pieces they look really big.

good job on whoever did it!
