Dizziness! (i don't remember if that is the correct translation for the italian one: "vertigine")
Posted by Gio at May 27, 2009 04:10 AMA simple yet powerful shot!

Posted by mack at May 27, 2009 06:14 AMStriking graphic image. Excellent minimalist composition.
I love that rich blue. I painted one of my kids rooms that color with white trim. They just go so beautifully together.
Posted by Laurie at May 27, 2009 06:42 AMthat, sir, is some awesome perspective of something i've seen a million times and never once took a photo of. the angles/perspective are done in a way i've never seen.
Posted by sk at May 27, 2009 08:07 AMGreat dark blue sky, amazing pov|
Posted by BoB at May 27, 2009 09:26 AMThis is an awesome perspective!
Posted by Kimberly Way at May 27, 2009 09:59 AMLooks upside down. Not knowing the object as a whole I have no idea what you've done - but it is a good graphic eye catcher. Blue is everyone's favourite color according to some calculating NY artists.
Posted by Hugh Petrie at May 27, 2009 10:47 AMI love it - I'd like to see it in B&W, but I always love a good deep blue sky.
Posted by Ed at May 27, 2009 11:21 AMGreat shot!
I agree that the blue looks better; it's like a cool, minimalist flag.
Love the perspective. The stark white looks so good against the blue.
Posted by Marshall at May 27, 2009 11:39 AMFantastic! Love the cobalt blue too.
Posted by cyn at May 27, 2009 12:34 PMThis is vertigo-inducing. I feel like I am falling instead of looking up.
Posted by Micah S at May 27, 2009 02:11 PMLooks like a diving board over a warm blue pool.

P.S. I've been an admirer of your work for a couple months now. Ever think of teaching? I want to learn how to take photos like you!
Posted by Clay at May 27, 2009 07:50 PMBrilliant! I faved this on Flickr the other day without realising it was yours. Nice to see it again, great shot.
