Love this 'almost monochromacity'. Intereting detail that the man poses accordingly to the moorings. Seems you applied some partial blurring, don't know if it is really necessary.

The tilt and shift lens does a great job of producing these images with a miniature toy/model feel to them.

this another TS shot? If so, I like how subtle it is, like a lensbaby on 8. It's so hard to tell these days when people try to get the effect in PS; try flickr-searching Tokyo +tilt-shift - there is some truly STUNNING stuff...

Is it the TS-E 24L that gives the effect of the subject(s) looking almost like figurines? It's ever-so-slight, but for example in this photo the boat and man look almost clay-like.
