It's wet and snowy in Edmonton this morning. Ah the life of a photographer (with a sense of humor)

Superb image. Hope it's ok, it's my new wallpaper.
I really enjoyed this image :)
tanx. it was a good help to froget about winter!
Posted by FNZ at January 30, 2009 07:19 PMNice summer shot of this beach where I spent my childhood. I was just visiting there last weekend and stood on the pier where you took this. Not so many people, but some really nice sets and lots of surfers taking advantage of them. Those palm trees all along the PCH and the big hotel in view have been added in the last 10 or so years. Now it looks something like Santa Barbara instead of Huntington :-) Ah, progress.
Happy Friday in Toronto

What a contrast with the previous ones! I like the general line of the beach and the impact it has on composition.
Posted by Averi at February 1, 2009 11:07 AMWow. How did you get that camera angle?
Posted by Alan Bacchus at February 2, 2009 12:42 PMWow! Nice, extreme angle!
But don't call this beach "Busy". The beach here, where I live, in the summer is packed! You have to search for a place to lie your sheet!
