I normally enjoy your photos, but this one I notice some evident photoshopping (I hope I'm wrong!). There is a noticeable brightness around the cyclist, especially around his poncho/jacket. This looks like an attempt to increase contrast between the poncho and background. Just my observation.

I commend this guy riding in the rain. After all, a change of clothes is all that's needed which can be stowed in a backpack. This Fall/Winter I will also be commuting twice a week by bike, so we'll see how much weather I can hack.

to Arthur's comment above, I think the "glow" around the subject is not photoshopped, but rather the rain whooshing around the raincoat and legs from the motion.
