Sam, on the contrary to your caption today, I found your series these past 10 or so days a window into the TIFF that would not otherwise be made available for me personally.

This year Ramadan overlaps TIFF, and hence I chose to completely skip all things red-carpet-related and stick to many things Ramadan-carpet-related.

Your festival captures and the odd blog post read elsewhere were the exceptions.

I imagine it likewise for many of your regular visitors.

I really enjoyed your TIFF pictures. The contrast in colours in the portraits are different than boring paparazzi shots. And your site is about Toronto and this is a big annual event in Toronto that I like to see being covered. Great work!
