Comments: road and lines

I find it laughably funny (and definitely sad) that whenever you take photos of places in the city, you detail them down to the street corner/intersection or 'cool' part of town name.

We see this even when you take photos in Europe or Disneyland (?!?).

However whenever you visit your friend/relative in the 'suburbs' (i.e. Oakville), you always have to 'cooly' pronounce that you "can't remember the street" or "can't remember the area name". Because heaven forbid you did and somehow showed that you know something about anything outside the city.

I knew somebody like you once...turns out they were originally from the suburbs!

You are probably doing this subconsciously, however to so many of us watching you daily, it's become obvious and we do joke about it!

Signed,
A city dweller embarrassed at the 'cool city people' we have to live with.

Haven't we seen this one before?

It's a good one though.

I like the painted lines on the roads that take you to nowhere.

Good photo!!

buena combinacion de lineas y fugas, me gusta la profundidad de la imagen.

Good combination of lines and leaks, I like the depth of the image.

I can't believe someone would have even taken the time to type such a stupid comment. Who cares where they're taken or what road they're on, I think it's funny enough that the guy taking these pictures takes the trouble to name them just so that people can have one more thing to gripe about...a beautiful picture of another nondescript place I wouldn't even have the wherewithall of noticing even if I was typing this from there...the reason I check this blog everyday...who cares what it's called??
