the letterbox crop really gives this a feel of a scene from a film, with a sense of forboding and suspense.. really great job!

I absolutely love this. It looks like it should be part of a movie trailer or something! Nice work!!

Great perspective and depth, I love the subject matter and the quick thinking. Nice work!

I've subscribed for quite a while and love your shots, but this is the first I felt the need to comment.

I. Love. This. Shot.

Well done.

I love this and 99.9% of your photos. You are my home page!

I love the way this picture looks and feels. It could be the beginning of a film and the ticket is the link for the film,

Love it

This is also the first time I've commented - amazing shot! Any chance of a high-res link?

Posted by Jonathan at April 17, 2008 04:08 PM

Likewise -- I'd love to see a high-res link. Great (and very unique) desktop material.

spider view! striking perspective. I love the beam of light we're headed for.
This has a cinematic quality..could be the opening shot of a movie.

Posted by JasOn at April 18, 2008 11:09 AM

Another unique shot, nicely done.

The letterboxing makes it seem like we're looking out from beneath a seat. Makes a kind of shot that we've seen before feel new.

I find it amazing how you've drawn so much tension out of something as harmless as a dropped street car ticket. Great shot!

When I look at this image, I think about how photography loves the mundane. You took a photograph of an inconsequential piece of daily life, yet it looks really interesting. Kudos.
