Posted by JM at January 13, 2008 04:49 AMInteresting to see the snowy version but I like yesterdays better!
Posted by vg at January 13, 2008 05:23 AMI like the picture. Its awesome. I like the texture of the snow on the road and pattern its creating. I also like the different colors ...in the picture. Good work!!

I salute your courage to stand in the middle of Yonge and compose this image.
(Two shots, preferably?)
Man, I love your photos Sam.
Cool! Toronto looks sleek. Word "hard" on the Hard Rock café logo isn't working in this, but it's woeking in yesterdays photo. Too much snow during the night :D ?
Posted by Perttu at January 13, 2008 02:44 PMWow! The contrast between yesterday & todays shot is great!
Nice work!
Posted by Neo at January 13, 2008 03:10 PMI like the perspective, and the comparison between snow and without snow, je, je
Nice weekend photos!
Posted by davin at January 13, 2008 03:48 PMlooks chilly... I prefer the first one...
Posted by denis at January 13, 2008 05:39 PMLovely street image, love the detail and perspective
Posted by Craig Wilson at January 14, 2008 01:58 AMVery dramatic perspective!
Posted by One Way at January 14, 2008 03:57 AMThe exposure and rich colors are so good here - and an excellent choice with the wide-angle perspective.
Posted by Abe at January 14, 2008 02:42 PMOn its own, it doesn't have all the qualities that your other photographs have. However together with the summer picture, they are both wonderful photographs.
Posted by Juha Ylitalo at January 15, 2008 06:27 AMBurr.
Posted by Oswegan at January 15, 2008 04:57 PMI Love that you put todays and yesterdays together. It is fun to look from one to the other. I hope we get some snow that stays for more than a half an hour soon.
-Have a good day
I'm impressed with how accurate your re-framing of this shot is re the first. Excellent!
