Hi, in Prague, there is Vltava, not Danube (Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, Beograd)
Bye, ifko
Posted by Ivo Kovacka at October 16, 2007 04:18 AMAs far as I know (living near the Danube) is the Danube not going through Prague. So that on your picture must be the Moldau (or Vltava). I was visiting Prague in July. Seeing your pictures and wondering if I've been there too is fun! :)
Posted by Christina at October 16, 2007 04:19 AMHey,
I just wanted to tell you that the river on the picture is not the Danube since the Danube doesnt hit Czech Republic at all. This river is the Vltava. I guess you mixed that up with Vienna...
have a nice day,
Gasi
As usually - nice shot -, Sam, but I have one important correction: the river on the photo is not Danube, it is Labe (Czech expression, I have no idea if there is an English equivalent).
Posted by Kalmir at October 16, 2007 05:40 AMHello...it's not Danube river, it is Vltava river. Check some map. Nice photo anyway, hopefully there are more shots from Prague to come!
Posted by josé at October 16, 2007 06:38 AMPrague is not on the Danube river, Bratislava is, Prague in on the Vltava.
Posted by Milos Mutic at October 16, 2007 07:46 AMHallo,
nice photo, but I think the river in the background isn't Danube (which is in Bratislava) but Vltava river.
Great photoblog,
have a nice day.
Adam
Posted by Adam at October 16, 2007 08:48 AMHey Sam, it's the Vltava not the Danube. Nice clouds though :)

Posted by Kimberly Way at October 16, 2007 09:27 AMUm. Does the Danube go through Prague?
Check your rivers.
the diagonal lines work very well in this photo. although the trees stop they eyes from continuing to observe the photo.
