Posted by chiara at September 28, 2007 02:55 PMI'm really enjoying the warm tones juxtaposed with rain. You have an amazing way of balancing people with their environment.
Posted by Justin at September 28, 2007 11:18 PMI think you are our photographer of the timeless urban beauty and elegance of a particular side of Toronto. It always includes beautiful light, a distinctive building or two, and people who are well-dressed, graceful, and somehow a little mysterious in their destination or thoughts. In this case, for example, the mystery would have been spoiled by our knowing what movie they were about to see, as on a marquee. As it is it could be any city at any time, with the Edwardian beauty of the theatre a perfect model for the complexity and delicate colouring of your photograph.
