Vienna was among the places I visited this summer ... Seeing your pictures makes me smile as I remember my own experiences there.

Love the lighted interior of the streetcar in the gray evening light, the headlights from some unseen car on the trolley door, and the red of the street car against the gray of all the background. Wonderful how the pedestrians "frame" the trolley, and of course you've done a wonderful composition while panning. A really wonderful shot! Kudos!

Jerry's comment is way off course!!! Great pic!!! I would say you went Vienna just to take this shot! Panning shots is hard enough to do, but doing them in low light is even harder. Keep up the good work.
