Flaming clouds.
Posted by navin at April 24, 2007 02:40 AMThat is a shocking mish-mash of architectural styles, but the photo is beautiful. Is it an attractive place in real life?
Posted by Chaz at April 24, 2007 03:59 AMNice to see old an new together here. Even though the modern buildings are taking over every town in the world.
Looks great with those clouds inthe sky....
The vintage building is almost lost among the cold lines of the contemporary.
Great composition and the sky is stunning.
Posted by Laurie at April 24, 2007 06:29 AMNice mood Sam! I like th elight yellow on the left building that goes well with the dark blue of the sky.
Posted by Matthieu at April 24, 2007 08:40 AMI like the cloud.

Posted by Andrew at April 24, 2007 11:25 AMI can't believe they put that abomonation of modern architecture in front of a beautiful old building with true character! I take that back, I can believe they did that, this is Toronto afterall!
Posted by craig at April 24, 2007 02:04 PMthe sky is fantastic
Posted by petie at April 24, 2007 02:30 PMWow, that is one fantastic sky! And the angle that you managed to capture the juxtaposition between old and new with the architecture is great.

Posted by David Nicol at April 24, 2007 05:59 PMCanada should give you a medal or something by now. I feel like if I went there, I would recognize all the places depicted in your photos.
It always makes me feel good to come to your page. Thank you very much for keeping it updated. It feels alive.
Best regards

Posted by Jon at April 25, 2007 09:19 AMI work around here...it doesn't look that good in real life...or does it?
Posted by theedandonly at April 25, 2007 11:32 AMThe Gardiner is a beautiful space -- long clean
lines -- was just there last week. Toronto is a
young city!!!
