Comments: missing wheel in snow

I can't wait for the snow to be gone. It's already almost mid-march and we still have a decent amount covering the grass and edges of sidewalks.

Wow, more than the sum of its parts... Very beautiful photo.

I am no expert in photography so I just daily enjoy your pictures as beauty.
Thank you for sharing your expertise with us!

I've never tried to ride a bicycle in the snow. When I see people doing it I can't help but think they are a little crazy.

Nice shot. Great tones in this.

Now this reminds me of many of the days in my 17 years of winter biking.

I hope he's taken his wheel with him. Likely not stolen for a thief would likely have taken the seat too. Oh, the hazards that face us daily.

I've always found there is a terrible sadness to all those bikes, shackled and rusted in the snow...

simple, but I like it - don't know why - I guess that it's the details in the snow on the bike...

Great minimalism... black and white that could be shot in colour! And the framing is just excellent... nice work.

All these snow pictures makes me glad I live in Vancouver. Even though it's raining it's spring! haha.

i guess it must be hard to do a wheelie all the way home on that bike..lol....

glad the warmer weather is on the way....

It always amazes me the images you post of bikes in the snow. Here we limit riding in winter when it gets cold, but than means less than about 15degreesC.

Beautiful, yet again. You have a fine eye.

You could post a photo of a pencil and I suspect we'd like it. I love anticipating what you'll come up with next. Nice b/w!

Very nice monochromatic tones... Nice, graduated composition and moderate depth of field to bring my eye to the subject.
