Posted by riesenriel at March 8, 2007 03:16 AMisn't that the building in Resident Evil the movie?
Posted by simon at March 8, 2007 04:36 AMgreat one
love the shadows
Congratulations for the cover shot back in last summer! I would have taken the picture earlier on that day to have more sunlight in the lower half. The picture itself isn't that breathtaking. But the fact it made a cover and you stood on the rooftop of a highrise (must be an awesome view and feeling!) makes it worth to be blogged.
Posted by Erik at March 8, 2007 05:35 AMwow which a view, nice shot
Posted by krossi at March 8, 2007 06:53 AMNice shot...i did a link to your site on mine !
Posted by corpusmind at March 8, 2007 07:52 AMoooooh, its very high. without the clouds the picture would be boring. so it is a great thing.
greets thomas
I really need to visit that area some day. So much different than what I see around here. The balance of light is great in this photo.
Posted by Nate at March 8, 2007 09:01 AMYes, another good city-landscape-shot !
Posted by kwerfeldein at March 8, 2007 09:20 AMAhhh...that's more like it.... :)
Posted by King Woofa at March 8, 2007 10:49 AMNice shot. I like the building in the foreground. What an unusual design.
Posted by Alice at March 8, 2007 10:55 AMVery nice. I love how the sun hits all of the buildings.
Posted by Krestan at March 8, 2007 12:07 PMI can't look at this and not think of the street mean vendors down the road. your pictures make me love and miss toronto
Posted by Andrea at March 8, 2007 01:21 PMFabulous shot! Great lines and depth
Posted by Myrddin at March 8, 2007 01:21 PMAmazing handle on the exposure. Everything is balanced and close to physical, visual reality. I wonder if you used an ND filter for this? Your the first photoblog I encountered on the web a year ago, and have been glued ever since. I started photography again because of this site. Thanks for sharing your talent.
Posted by Luis at March 8, 2007 02:35 PMIt'll be interesting to see how this changes after the $40 million re-design.
Posted by modernmod at March 8, 2007 03:33 PM...Realy nice..I love it!..I m talking about the clouds!
Posted by Andreas at March 8, 2007 04:20 PMWow, great shot ! I had to keep scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling, and... to get the bottom of it :)
Posted by Maarten at March 8, 2007 04:28 PMThe photo shot without the sun at it's highest point helps to bring out the colour in the buildings and produces nice highlights. If it was shot with more light/direct sunlight as per a another comment, I fear the colours would be too washed-out and clarity maybe compromised. I like this photo.
Posted by Rico at March 8, 2007 05:36 PMvery sharp shot Sam love the clouds and the sky. well captured :)
Posted by Ryano at March 8, 2007 06:40 PMA whole magazine devoted to spacing?

Posted by Sundeep at March 8, 2007 10:19 PMThat is an amazing photo.
Posted by Brianna at March 8, 2007 11:05 PMAbsolutely beautiful
Posted by navin at March 9, 2007 12:17 AMSpending some time recently staring at the back of the building I've been wondering why there aren't any windows (or are they just hidden well in the groves?). Must be really depressing having an office on that side instead of the inside layer.
Posted by Chris Nolan.ca at March 9, 2007 01:13 AMAmazing view. I can see my grandparent's apartment in this picture.
Posted by David at March 9, 2007 01:45 AMAstonishing architecture, even more impressive from this superb angle.
Posted by Barcelona Photoblog at March 10, 2007 06:17 PMGreat view beautiful light and a very special building! Too bad it's in shadow at the bottom of the picture.
