Comments: door on ramp

Yes indeed for the reference to Numérobis ! I love your work in general... but here I have a question : is there not a lake of sharpness at the top of your photograph ? It's a little surprising on your site ! Anyway, bravo pour votre constance !

Good grief! What a cockeyed bit of junk that place is. How on earth can such off level junk construction happen? On the other hand - they did build the tower of Pisa, which was useful for scientific dropping of coins (uh?. Italians - ever fascinating.

Asterix and Cleopatra! Yeesh, way to yank my brain down memory lane, Sam.

Nice pic, by the way. Great find.

Oh my... Okay i'll skip the technicalities and go straight to the subject... it's indeed something that you would say Numerobis created heh, i didn't even notice the door at first. it's an amazing capture because it makes me feel so dissoriented, it's like i lose my focus on all the slanted shapres and elements that defy rationality...

Amazing shot, again!

The door in the middle really helps give a sense of scale to show how large the columns are. Great shot!

Yes, it's Numerobis all over again! Your caption made me laugh!

"Vatican City, Italy": So to be pedantic, technically, Vatican City is a sovereign state and is not part of Italy. :) But yeah, I love how it looks like this little door was added in later. (Maybe it was!)

How come there's no EXIF data?

Hah, I remember Numérobis. He was one odd character.

Anyways, nice shot.

It's as though they got the door right and everything else wrong

I love how wee the door looks next to all the huge stuff around it from the windows to the columns. This feels almost like I'm standing right in front of it. Lovely.

Kind of strange !!! I wonder how tall is the window !

Haha wow I took a double-take when I saw the door. Very nice effect.
