Aptly titled. Nice perspective. Interesting scene.
Posted by Gavin Hart at January 7, 2007 07:25 AMA curious find in the midst of a confused mix of bad housing design - from the looks of it. Of course, its another case of all the add ons of new stuff as it's invented that created this mess. Sure makes for a messy world of ticky tacky stick on junklike reality. And I note what looks like an outdoor coal bin by the pool. People do what they must to get on with it.
Posted by Hugh Petrie at January 7, 2007 09:16 AMreally cool!
Posted by Saleh at January 7, 2007 09:20 AMExcellent shot - I really like this kind of cascading roof tops!
Posted by Tyson Williams at January 7, 2007 09:32 AMThat's funny and crowded!
Posted by alexandru savu at January 7, 2007 10:06 AMWhat an eye you have Sam. I love these shots where the subject is some small object in the middle of a sea of other interesting stuff. Great.

Posted by Thomas at January 7, 2007 01:20 PMThe inflatable pool is the only thing I do not like about this picture. The funny thing, of course, is that it looks so out of place, esp. in upright position. Love the colours and contrasts of the walls and roofs.

Looks like a portal to another dimension.
Posted by sigma at January 7, 2007 05:40 PMBonjour,
Good photo! Very well done! colors, light are beautiful! Bravo!
You do what you do so well. I just cannot get over how you can take a scene such as this and make it special. I would have likely just passed over it...sigh.
Posted by Laurie at January 7, 2007 07:26 PMamazing view, great composition. well done.
Posted by Andrew at January 7, 2007 07:37 PMAs always, you always provide a surprise at the bottom of your vertical shots. I like how your stated subject is the inflatable pool.
Posted by Abe at January 8, 2007 01:59 AMvery interesting! where is the ground?
