Comments: wet city

I like this shot, the colours are more mellow than (your) usual.

I didn't think i would ever see my school and house in the same photo. Damn. Good job.

A nice, sleepy vista if ever there was one. It isn't quite so easy to get out onto hotel rooftops here in London!

I like!!!

wow what a point of view

I like the light here and how it shows the edges of the buildings. Its almost a sunset on a sea of buldings.

Hey there:
I am so curious.. Why are you always on roof tops? How do you get up there? Especailly at night? Do you know all the security garuds in town.... Love your shots. Always a surpise..

Gorgeous light and atmosphere. I love it. For me, the haze creates mystery and dreaminess.

White building with black spots? I don't see it. The sky is certainly a curious color. Pollution.

Toronto - very uninviting in this shot.

I've always hated wet and sunny days because the sun's reflections get over-exposed. I love that you took a problem and used it to create an effect rather than battle with it like I do.

i like it, remind me (les film noir)!!

This photo is so cool, and for such a grand scale it just feels so intimate. Very well done!

I'd love this one in wallpaper/larger size if its at all possible!

I've been checking in everyday since early 2004, and you never dissappoint! Keep up the great work!!!

Toronto in this picture looks just like London in "Mary Poppins", when Burt and the children and Mary are standing atop the rooftops of London. Except that the London vista was actually a painting. Toronto looks very heavenly and wistful in this photo, almost like in a fuzzy memory.

Quite a different look than what I'm used to from you. I like this. The lighting creates a pathway in the shot.

Nice, v.nice.

Great shot, Sam! Could you post a version on Flickr, please, so we can see the entire image in one pass, instead of having to scroll up/down and lose the impact? Many thanks!

Looks like an ocean with the building tops as waves.

Before reading your comment, I thought this picture was taken through a glass, I guess it was misty or foggy. Still a great shot.
