The distant clouds and mountains are really pretty. It's such a pity that you couldn't have stopped to make a better composition. It'd be a total breathtaker if only your position had been higher. :)
Posted by PlasticTV at October 6, 2006 03:49 AMI think big clouds follow you wherever you go...
Posted by Khadeeja at October 6, 2006 06:50 AMHello my friend. Good thing you said that you weren't the driver. :) Please stick to taking pictures since you do such a fantastic job. Italy looks beautiful even through a camera. By the way I'm one of your fans and I live in the unites states. I usually get up at 4 in the morning to start my day. Your blog is the first place I come to get my day going. Thank you for the boost today with the beautiful picture.
Posted by S. at October 6, 2006 07:39 AMLovely clouds! This looks lovely!
Posted by Christian Wiedel at October 6, 2006 08:00 AMwhy are you having to take so many of your pictures while you are driving Sam? Is it because you are on the run from the law? Or maybe just from your feelings. Feelings of homosexuallity? My God Sam, I thought we'd made more progress! You need to admit who you are, stand up for what is right! say it with me, I'm here, I queer, and I take awesome, but sometimes blurry photos! Get used to it! Then take to the streets, and repeat this saying until it loses all meaning, and people are bored with your cause, because until people are bored with you, you will never be accepted.
Coop.

Posted by Nisha at October 6, 2006 08:45 AMI love it. good job. It's hard to take clear pictures from a moving car.
Posted by Jason at October 6, 2006 09:56 AMYour shots are great!
I was in Europe when the heat wave was there, it was damn hot! I too, took heaps of photos from moving cars, and can attest to how damn hot it was when the window was open.
Keep up the posting of excellent photos.
How much post processing did you do to this photo?
I love cloud photos and this one seems to be sitting taking a rest from the heavans and sitting on the ground. Great shot. If you'd not explained that you were in a moving car, who would have thought?
Posted by joy at October 6, 2006 10:25 AMWell done, especially considering the shooting conditions!

Posted by mel at October 6, 2006 12:11 PMThis is really stunning. The way the cloud is rising up over the scene is really beautiful.
Posted by Laurie at October 6, 2006 12:13 PMThanks for the info on JPG Magazine. I think I'm gonna try submitting a few photos myself.
Oh, and nice photo btw. The composition is a little... eh, lackluster... BUT you were in a moving vehicle so I'll give you that. :)
Posted by Elissa at October 6, 2006 02:33 PMthe little blurb about the JPG Magazine is a nice touch!

Posted by Craig at October 6, 2006 03:58 PMRe: JPG Magazine: How funny. I was going through and voting last night. Saw the city hall pic and thought "Hey, that's just like the pix on Daily Dose of Imagery!"
Now I know why. :)
